"Anna Dhaanam," meaning 'meals for free' in Malayalam, is a compassionate initiative that took root on October 10, 2003, thanks to the profound influence of Mr. Wilson's father. Having witnessed his father's struggles for sustenance during a hospital stay, Wilson felt compelled to address the daily challenges faced by underprivileged in-patients in nearby hospitals. 
This heartfelt Free Meals Distribution campaign began on the 40th day following his beloved father's passing, a tribute to his memory and a commitment to making a positive impact.
The preparation of meals for hospital patients is done with care and hygiene at Bethsaida Charity, undertaken with care and empathy. We have got FSSAI permit from the government for preparing the meals. Currently, we provide over 500 free meals each week, prepared with organic vegetables and high-quality rice to support the patients' swift recovery. Most importantly we give these meals to the by-standers of in-patients absolutely free of charges. The overwhelming acceptance of 'Anna Dhaanam' by impoverished individuals in nearby hospitals has fueled our determination to extend this noble cause beyond, reaching even more deserving individuals in the surrounding regions.
